License and Copyright Terms

All Study Guide Wizard materials are © 2026 Pairadice Psychotherapy. All rights reserved. When you buy a product, you're buying a license to use it, not ownership of the content.

What you can do

• Use the materials you bought, online, for your own personal exam preparation
• Sign in on your own devices
• If you bought the PDF: download it, keep copies on your own devices, and print one copy for your own use
• Write in, highlight or annotate your own copy

What you can't do

• Share, forward, upload or post the files, or your login, with anyone else
• Resell, sublicense, give away or trade the materials
• Copy the content into another study guide, course, flashcard deck, app or website
• Use the materials to teach a class, run a study group or tutor others, without written permission
• Feed the materials into AI tools or datasets to reproduce or repackage them
• Remove copyright notices or watermarks

Each purchase covers one person. Study partners need to buy their own copies.

Study groups and supervisors

If you'd like to use the guide with a group, a training program or supervisees, email thestudyguidewizard@gmail.com to ask about group pricing.

If the terms are broken

We may end your license and remove your access without a refund. We may also take further legal action to protect our work.

Third-party names

The Board of Behavioral Sciences, the LMFT Clinical Exam and any test-prep companies named in our materials belong to their respective owners. Naming them doesn't mean they're affiliated with or endorse The Study Guide Wizard.
