Privacy Policy

The Study Guide Wizard, operated by Pairadice Psychotherapy (“we,” “us”), collects only what it needs to sell you study materials and stay in touch if you ask us to. We never sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Purchase details. Your name, email address, country and what you bought. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
- Email sign-ups. Your name and email (and phone number, for the study plan) if you request a free resource, such as the study plan or the guide preview, or join our list, and whether you agreed to receive text messages. We only text you if you tick the box to agree, and you can reply STOP at any time. If you ask for the preview, we may send one follow-up email about the guide, with a link to unsubscribe.
- Messages. Anything you send us by email.
- Sign-in details. The email you enter to get a sign-in link, and a secure cookie that keeps you signed in to your library on that device.
How we use it
- To deliver your purchase and give you access to the materials
- To answer questions and fix problems with your order
- To send the free resource you asked for, and study tips and product updates if you opted in
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements
Emails
We only send marketing emails if you've signed up or agreed to receive them. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You'll still get emails about orders you've placed.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run the business:
- Stripe, to process payments, taxes and receipts
- Gmail, to send emails
- Resend, to send sign-in emails
- Netlify, our website host
- Professional advisors, such as an accountant, when needed
- Authorities, if the law requires it
Some of these services store data outside your province, state or country, including in the United States and Canada.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as tax and accounting laws require. We keep email list details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to marketing emails. Depending on where you live, including Canada and California, you may have additional rights under local privacy law. Email thestudyguidewizard@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Age
Our products are meant for adults preparing for professional licensure. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with its effective date.
